Founded in 1888, Galgate Football Club is a local amateur football club from Lancaster. The club has teams from U7s through to adults.
The mens sides play in the West Lancs football leagues and the Galgate Ladies play in the Womens Lancashire County League.
The club welcomes new players and committee members.
Our training pitch is opposite the main ground and behind the Plough Public house of the Main road in Galgate. We train outside in a full range of weather. During pre-season, we open the field for you to watch us run sessions and join in if you choose. We are proud of the history of this team and this field. There's not a single player that can't tell you their favorite tale of team victories gone by.
Currently Pre - Season is on hold but as soon as we have further details on when we can begin training we will announce it here and on our social media sites.
